My design expertise originated in theatrical design and made its way into residential and commercial dwellings. I work out of The Bell House Studio in Wimberley and a space in Coppell, Texas, 17 miles from the Dallas Market Center.

Creativity & Collaboration

Creativity: I have the God-given ability to see what things “could be.” My intention is to fulfill the highest potential of a space.

Collaboration: I want you to love your home and for it to reflect your story. How you live matters to me, and I want it to be beautiful, cohesive, timeless and feel effortless. My goal is to help you avoid costly mistakes, and therefore, we will be contemplating together your goals, budget and timeline.

DESIGN FEES

My design fee is $145 an hour

$75 prorated cost for travel time outside of Wimberley & Coppell

For larger projects, I am happy to create a flat fee, based on the scope of work and timeline.

PROCUREMENT

I source retail & wholesale in an effort to select the most personal and beautiful products for my clients. When I discover the best product from a retail source, clients have the option to purchase directly, or through Bell House Design. My typical retail discount is 15% - 30%.

I am also a licensed wholesaler. Many of my accounts are to the trade only. When I purchase products with my wholesale accounts, I typically receive anywhere from 20%-50% off retail pricing. As a wholesaler, I mark up all products 30% from my discounted cost. You are welcome to see my invoices at any time.

DECLUTTERING: It is my joy to help clients who are overwhelmed with the contents in their home. We take inventory, prioritize and implement long-term, forward-thinking solutions to help keep things functional, organized and peaceful.
